J'ai adoré cette lecture ! De suite, j'ai été complètement accro à l'histoire, au point que j'ai failli rater mes arrêts dans le métro. L'histoire est addictive et prenante. La tension entre eux est incroyable et les scènes de SMUT sont vraiment bien écrites. On a seulement le POV de Linden mais on ressent tellement toutes les émotions de Grant, c'est vraiment bien écrit. Il est tellement amoureux d'elle, c'est très beau avoir et il prend tellement soin d'elle alors qu'elle fait toujours passer les autres avant son propre bonheur. On voit leur relation évoluée petit à petit et la dynamique est vraiment bien maîtrisée. Ils se soutiennent l'un et l'autre ! Tout fait vraiment sens entre eux. On les voit tomber amoureux et ils sont beaucoup trop mignons ensemble. J'ai adoré Grant, qui est un personnage grumpy et qui n'est pas forcément apprécié à l'hôpital mais finalement, s'adoucit avec Linden. Il était surtout incompris par beaucoup et on va plus loin que ce qu'il renvoie. Le milieu hospitalier était hyper intéressant ! Le sujet de l'escort peut déranger pour certains mais l'autrice l'aborde vraiment bien le sujet et avec respect. La famille de Grant est beaucoup trop drôle.
I really loved this story. From the start, I was completely into it. I almost missed my train stop, because I could not stop reading. The story is really addictive and gripping. The tension between the two is incredible and the sex scenes are really good. We have only Linden's Pov, but we can feel Grant's emotion. It is really well written. He is so in love, he takes good care of her while she put others before her own happiness. We see the relationship develop little by little and the dynamic is handled very well. Everything makes sense between the two. They are so cute together and they support each other ! I really loved to see them fall in love. I like Grant, he is grumpy and nobody at the hospital really like him but with Linden, he softens. He is in fact misunderstood by the others and Linden helps him with that. There's so much more to him than he lets people see. The hospital setting was really interesting. The topic of escort services maybe off-putting for some people, but the authors handled it very well, with respect. And Grant's family is so funny !
